Account problem

A few weeks ago one downline of mine noticed that all coins were missing on his account. He did contact the support team twice but he has not received any answer from them. I think I have read about that the same has happened to other members, but I don´t know if these members have got their coins back. So my question is if this is a problem that does solve by itself or if one have to do something in order to get the problem solved. What should I recommend my downline to do.......does anyone know? Thanks in advance for answer.

He probably did not log in for more than 12 months.
He needs to reupload fresh KYC docs and wait

Hi, Im having trouble logging into my onecoin account. I put in my email and the password says its incorrect.

Hi Igor,

I made a cash withdrawal via bank wire about 2 years ago but did not record it because , the system will indicate such withdrawals when you see the transactio recorded under Cash Account . As you know all old cash activity transactions has now dissapeared!

Also recently I made another cash withdrawal on Dec 7th 2018. But until today nothing happens.

As per the norm, support was not helpful.

Any resolution to these problems?

No, I can not help there, payment processor does that, and it is different for other countries.
For example, well-known exchange cex.io also uses some gateway processors and they do not accept withdrawals for many countries and it took me 2 weeks to successfully withdraw to my visa card and now god knows when will I get money.
So it is not up to the company, it is a poor financial global system. That is why globally usable crypto is needed.

In a clumsy and time consuming procedure, I just transferred $70 dollars to USA and had to pay over $20 in bank wire charges!!

Back when xcoinx.com was operational, there was no problems in getting money when I sold my coins.

Wonder why its a problem now. Have they changed something, processor, correspondent banks?
