Here's an article from:https://www.consumer.bz.it/de/onecoin-w ... -wohl-kaum The English translation says, and I quote:

"Deliberately tendentious interpretation of a decision of the Council of State?

VZS: Rekeying competition authority and Attorney

"The Italian market is open again," the blog of OneLife headlines enthusiastically. And underneath: "the Italian Supreme Administrative Court has decided that the results of the investigation by OneLife Network Ltd. activity, initiated by the Italian Antitrust Authority are not clear and cannot prove that the business practice of" OneLife network is unfair. Therefore the measures exposed and conclusions must be checked. In regard to the above mentioned the Italian Antitrust Authority was suspended, decision as a precautionary measure, which means that the commercial activity can now be absorbed by OneLife Network Ltd. on the Italian market. The Court's decision there is on the official website of the Consiglio di Stato."

The Council of State expressed effectively on the 19th February 2018 to the matter of OneCoin (RG 92/2018) - but it was only to the aspect of the penalty to be paid. The authority for competition and market had namely when she classified the system as unlawful pyramid scheme, a penalty, imposed by a total of 2.5 million euros. The operator had filed appeals against this decision before the Administrative Court of Lazio, and this urgency means requested the suspension of the penalty. In other words, A possible payment of the penalty should be deferred to the end of the instance path.

However, the Administrative Court of Lazio not approved this request for suspension of the penalty; rekurrierten against this decision before the Council of State. The Council of State decided that a later payment of the penalty put any disadvantages for the State budget, and suspended therefore the payment. At the same time, the State Council instructed the Administrative Court of Lazio quickly apply the proceedings "in itself".

The administrative penalty imposed by the antitrust authority (with simultaneous prohibition of continuation of the system and its application) is so remains in force and valid; only paying the penalty was suspended until the competent courts "in the thing itself" have engaged in the pending appeals - the market is open, so never again.

The VZS, Walther Abdulkadir from, Managing Director commented: "The tendentious coverage of the suspension of the sentence pending the final ruling has moved us, to bring these circumstances of the competition authority and the public prosecutor's Office".

So what happened to Konstantin posting the proof the investigators gave OC a clean bill of health that was promised over a month ago? All that has been posted was the paid for marketing piece on an obscure blog that was 2% truth and 98% hoping and whishing, with zero proof of anything that was said.

This is nothing new but more gerlachreport-style invented bla bla mumbo jumbo until official authority says something like this.
They really do not like to leave onecoin without media attacks longer than one week :)

That is old article made a little more clear. Point is that anyone was forbidden from promoting and selling onecoin.
Reason for that article was because IMS international made money transmittence without bafin license.

Maybe this is prelaration for new article.

I am sure Tim and his hater gang has paid the Italian consumer center! They lie just like Igor said - it's gerlach style mumbo jumbo! They are clearly just paid haters! OneCoin already announced the truth - Italy is cleared and opened again!

Soon our coin will raise in value again as the barometer closes 100%. Nobody else has this kind of barometer which shows when we can expect the value raise! It proves OneCoin is technologically far ahead everybody else!

Hi All,

I'm new here. I have been reading but have not posted till now. It says that there are only 11 members here on this forum when I registered so was a little surprised.

Regarding the last post with link. Can someone translate and clarify as it's not in English? Would google translate but thought I should ask first. Thanks.

Warmest regards,
OCSI (One coin small investor :)

Hi Mixmaster
11 member doesn't sound correct. 2089 members is more of a correct figure.
As to the post, google-translate is your best option, that is how went about it.
Regards.
