The RF Ministry of Finance proposes to allow the purchase of crypto-currency only to qualified investors
The Russian Ministry of Finance intends to prohibit the sale of bitcoins to individuals, the Rossiya 24 television channel reported.
The Ministry proposes to equate the crypto-currencies to financial assets and sell them through the Moscow stock exchange under the control of Rosfinmonitoring.
At the same time, only qualified investors will get access to the sale and purchase.
This was in an interview with the television channel, Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseev said.

Seems like Russia is clamping down on decentralized crypto currencies. We actually already heard about it from Georgiy Smirnov.
Only certified investors, probably those who answer to the authorities, will be able to buy cryptocurrencies so money laundering will be prevented.
Let's see how centralized cryptocurrencies will be able to negotiate with the authority and how will authority react on those who have KYC implemented in the blockchain and thus prevent money laundering on the blockchain level

This is good news for all honest people who want be part of cryptocurrency community but who don't want be scare if they can lose all money over the night because somebody decide manipulate.
KYC is the most important thing for all, except for Bitcoin defenders.
