I thought that the coinsafe problem would be solved when this split happend?
I'm referring to all off us who coins have disappeared from coinsafe after the expiration date and who also can not see the red box that we should klick on if we do not want to extend the coinsafe period.

Any info about this?

You thought wrong. They said coinsafe bug will be the priority to fix after split happens. So now and on all eyes on coinsafe issue. No one knows how much time it will take from now.

You got only the base, without interest. The interest will follow up next days. No one will miss even one coin. :)

Its very easy, just click on coinsafe. Then click close, then confirm.
All coin will go back to your coin account.

Also, interest will not be calculated now but worry not, it will be later. You will get all coins eventually

Thank you. I closed my accounts but short on coins. Hopefully all will be returned as you say, in a few days. Thanks for your help.

Hi Igor,

there is one member who noticed already in February 2018 that his interest are missing.
After reclaim the support made us an exact calculation of the interest, cause he converted a part of his coins in OFC and a part he used
in Dealshaker. So they made a very nice and exact calculation of the interest period.

So if you calculate:

coins put in coin safe XXX
- amount for ofc
- dealshaker buyings
summary on dashboard = summary put in - ofc - dealshaker

+ interest they were calculating they are missing.. in the final amount..

They say always all is correct .. but it isn't

I have the exact conversation here.. can you help me in this case?

The last answer you can see below .. instead of telling this member, yes its missing they still doubt
and the member must tell them the reason why coins are missing.

So if not the company is in charge to check an account, who else can it be ?

I do not understand such a circus!

Can send you the whole by mail, if possible.
Thx
Saschaleone
