Can anyone help me on this?
Elsewhere I read that the KYC has to be up-dated constantly and that might be a reason why our One Coins have vanished from sight for some of us.
Is it true that we must keep updating our proof of address as utility bills have to be less than three months old?
ID is easier because passports stay in date for up to ten years.
I completed my KYC longer than three months ago.

I think that you only need to re-upload younger than 3 months proof of address if you did not log in 12 months or more.

Ok, thanks. If that's the case, I must make sure I check each of my three accounts regularly to keep my KYC valid.
