As far as I know, to sell BTC for cash is not an easy thing. Also, the average withdraw is $240. There are 3 levels of KYC which BANKS and Financial Institutions require. Typically, $1-999 $1000 - $2999 and $3000 - $10,000 per day You can move, buy or sell more, but it can't be "suspicious activity"...
